Deputy Director, Federal Affairs

Diana Godlevskaya joined ACP in March 2022. In this role, she manages ACP’s political action committee and works on pursuing legislative and policy priorities, with a focus on appropriations and green hydrogen.

Before joining ACP, Diana spent over two years leading legislative strategy and advocating for state and federal policies to advance wind energy in the Southeast, including building bipartisan consensus around offshore wind in Virginia and the Carolina Long Bay Wind Energy Area.

Diana holds a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University, specializing in climate and energy policy, and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Sustainability from Meredith College. In her free time, you can find Diana reading or walking around Capitol Hill with her dog Bean.
